Conference Paper Templates

If you are contributing a paper for future Grassland Conferences, please see the following documents for writing style guidelines and paper templates.

Submitting a Conference Paper

Details of the first and final call for Contributed and Poster papers for the next Conference of the Grassland Society of NSW are available at Call for Contributed and Poster Papers (to be submitted by 12th April 2021).

Procedures for submitting a Conference paper and guidelines for authors have been implemented to streamline the process of submission, editing, formatting and printing to ensure that the printed Proceedings are available to delegates at the Conference. Details of the procedures are provided in the Guidelines for submitting a paper to the NSW Grasslands Conference. The Guidelines also contain a copy of a sample paper that can be used as a template.

ALL papers (Invited, Contributed, or Poster Paper and Travel Grant Reports) to be published in the Proceedings MUST be submitted using the template that specifies the layout for the title, name, address, headings, text, Figures and Tables (including captions) and References formats. Download the MS Word Template for submitting a paper retain the formats and remove the text and start typing your paper using the Template and Guidelines for style and format details.

As previously all papers will need to be reviewed by two referees prior to submission. For each reviewer a downloadable Reviewer’s Report Form must be submitted electronically at the time of submission together with attached Word documents showing Track Changes and Comments/Suggested Changes by each reviewer and the action taken by the authors.

Submission and acceptance of a Contributed or Poster paper implies that one of the authors on the paper will be attending the Conference and that a poster will be prepared for display using the required A0 poster format laid out in the Template for submitting a paper.
